Bookings may be made directly on our website or by phoning us. At the time of booking, a deposit of 1 night is taken and the balance is taken on your arrival date. Minimum booking periods may apply during special events and peak times (e.g. Easter/Christmas and special events).
We can accommodate large group bookings and advise that you give us notice during peak times.
Subject to approval, we can also accommodate large groups of tradespeople, contractors and business people for very reasonable weekly rates. Please call us to discuss options.
Rates are based on 2 people using the main bed. Extra $15/stay applies where 2 people use separate beds.
All rooms are made-up and linen/bedding is provided for bunk beds. If extra linen/towels/bedding is required during your stay, for a small fee, see us at reception. Units are serviced every 7 days. Trundle beds are available if requested for children up to 9 years' old.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Deposits are not refundable within 7 days of booking but can be transferred to your guest account for use at a later time. If you cancel with 7 days' notice, a refund will be given less a $20 administration charge.
If your stay is cut short, we can transfer your credit to your guest account for use at a later time.
Cancellations on the arrival date cannot be refunded unless there is extenuating circumstances. In this event, please call us to discuss.
Policies for guests
Noise Levels: We respectfully ask that you be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10.00pm when guests are trying to sleep.
Behaviour: In the event of inappropriate behaviour, we will speak to you and, if serious, you may be asked to leave. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given in such circumstances.
Breakages/Damage: Please report any breakages and damages to reception. Charges may apply if necessary.
Smoking: All accommodation is non-smoking. Receptables outside the units are available for disposal of cigarette butts. If smoking has occurred inside the units, cleaning charges will apply.
Power: When leaving your unit please turn off lights, lamps, TVs and air-conditioners and please do not leave these running while you are out.
Cleanliness: On departure, please wash your dishes and use the rubbish bins provided for in the park for your rubbish. Charges may apply where more than reasonable cleaning is required. If using the BBQ and camp kitchen, please leave the area clean and tidy for use by the next guest.
Safety: We ask that bikes, skateboards, roller blades or scooters aren't used on park premises. The park will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim to persons or property occurring as a result of such behaviour.
Policies for pets
Our park is pet friendly and our 1 bedroom holiday units are available for your pets provided they are kept in the unit's enclosed alcove area only.
Animals are not permitted in park facilities and other accommodation. If pets are taken into accommodation and damages occur, a professional cleaning fee of $100.00 will need to be charged.
Please keep your pet on a leash when walking around the park and in ensuite caravan sites or other accommodation areas at all times. You can use our off-leash dog park for your dog to run around. We kindly ask that you collect droppings and dispose of them in the bins provided. Our park does not take responsibility for personal injury or damage caused by your pets on park premises.
Please ensure your dog is not left unattended as barking dogs disturb other guests in the park
